"Matthew was very wonderful to work with. I was looking for condo insurance and he helped me figure out what’s in my coverage as well as compare my potential estimate and plan with other insurances. On the closing date of my condo, he would follow up to see what the situation was. And as the closing date got pushed back he was so diligent about following up on the new closing date. I didn’t eventually work out, but Matthew was so attentive and detail oriented through the whole process. And I just had a really positive experience with him throughout my entire buying journey."

"Let me be completely honest, I have had some BAD experiences with insurance companies. I was hesitant to come here. But the Staff here reassured me and made me feel comfortable enough to just talk and get info. I worked with Matt in the past, and he is VERY knowledgeable and helpful. He was able to answer all my questions, even when I needed clarification on some things. That's just the customer service aspect. I definitely recommend working with this team, as they do what they can to make sure your needs are met. Even going so far as to look up info if they don't have the facts on hand. I still think insurance is a scam, created by the shadow government (inside joke), but if/when my insurance needs are in demand, I'll definitely return here."
